Why I have not received the confirmation email from the property
I reserved?
There
are some possible reasons for failed receiving confirmation
email.
1,If the hotel receives an order with imcompleted
information, they are likely to ignore the order.
2,Please
check if your email address is workable and if you have
received a copy of the Order Form. A wrong email
address make the delivery of confirmation impossible.
And network error is also the main reason of delay.
You
are allowed to send your Order to the hotel again if
neccessary. Please note repeatedly sending oders
may be regarded as a kind of violation.

How to cancel and
change an order for room?
Please
notify the hotel directly the cancellation or change
via Email indicated the order number, your Member
ID, full name, check-in date. You are not required to
pay for cancellation. The rooms would not be held after
6:00 pm generally unless separate arrangement prior.[Please
